About Us

Retirement Community of Fairbanks is incorporated in the State of Alaska as a non-profit corporation, and is tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3). Tax ID No. 20-1253962.

The corporation is governed by a twelve-member Board of Directors, which oversees all operations. It meets monthly.

The Leadership Team is dedicated to raising the final funds needed to complete the Community Center.  

The Raven Landing Advisory Group meets monthly, on the fourth Thursday of each month at 4:00pm in the Commons Room of Raven Landing. It is open to all who are interested in learning more about the project.  

All office workers, board members, and committee members are volunteers who are committed to seeing the Raven Landing Senior Community built in Fairbanks.  We welcome support – in time and dollars – from others who would like to help us in this exciting endeavor.

The RCF office is located in the Raven Landing apartments at 949 McGown St. and is staffed from 1-5 pm, Mon.-Fri.  If, however, we must leave to attend a meeting, the office may be closed temporarily.  If you’re planning to come by to see us, which we hope you’ll do, please call to make sure someone will be in the office.The office number is 374-5016.
